Refund and Returns Policy

At Jalil Ansari Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (food, fruits, vegetables, etc.)
  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

3. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Defective product

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos as proof.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless product is defective or incorrect)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
