1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods (food, fruits, vegetables, etc.)
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
3. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective product
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos as proof.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless product is defective or incorrect)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
